QUEBEC - NEW EXPRESSION OF INTEREST BANK

CHANGES TO QSWP (Quebec Skilled Worker Program) 

The new Expression of Interest (EOI) system will replace Previously held "Mon projet Québec" 

Interested individuals declare their interest in the program(via Online )to become a Candidate in Quebec's EOI

Candidates will be assigned a score based on selection factors and placed in pool for draws

Selected Candidates based on cut off scores will be invited by the Government of Quebec

Processing times for CSQ applications from QSWP candidates will be reduced to less than 12 months under the new system, as against previously set 32-month processing time
